Very quick post today before I go to work.
Today I feel very lucky to have brilliant friends - last night I went to a yoga class (only the second I've ever been to in by life) run by my brilliant best friend who has recently qualified as a yoga teacher. How lovely to spend an hour with good friends (albeit with bodies contorted into unusual poses) that felt like a luxurious chance to relax rather than a hardcore exercise session, and yet I still came away feeling virtuous. I may be converted!

Today I'm dreaming about having a studio space of my own as my flat is a bombsite.... but more on that later!
